sdkman not detecting latest mandrel versions

Description

sdk list java doesn't list the latest versions of Mandrel probably due to foojayio/discoapi#149

How To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. sdk list java | grep mandrel
2. Look for 23.1.10, 23.1.11, and 25.0.3 releases

Configuration:

• OS: Fedora 43
• Architecture: AMD64

Expected behavior

The latest versions of Mandrel should be available for installation.
