- Track POI reward conditions and deferred presentations without double-counting rewarded submissions.
- Track indexing issuance through IssuanceAllocator and use allocator-aware RewardsManager rates with a legacy fallback.
- Preserve upstream base logic and refresh analytics daily snapshots after affected handler updates.
- Sync manifest call declarations, API versions, ABIs, address configuration, and the address-book dependency.
- Port upstream helper and delegation ID test fixes and add feature and daily snapshot regression coverage.
- Validate Arbitrum codegen/build and all 94 tests in each L1 and L2 configuration.
