Score-Informed version of Pitch extractors

• Score-informed versions for f0 estimation
• bounding box with note event (start, duration, pitch)
• Based on the pitch and tuning information (e.g., A4=440 Hz), pitch estimators can be parameterized
• For YIN: restrict min and max lags
• For SWIPE: Select possible kernels +- pitch frequency

This works very good on isolated stems. We used this in ChoraleBricks to create the initial annotations. Similar approach was also used in MedleyDB.
