Faster sidebar transition and a real OCR icon

Two sidebar fixes.

• Faster, smoother collapse. The vendored shadcn sidebar animates its gap and container with a 200 ms linear curve, which felt slow. An override in app.css (the vendored component stays untouched) targets the data-slot attributes the component already sets:

  • 150 ms on an ease-out curve (cubic-bezier(0.23, 1, 0.32, 1)), so most of the motion lands in the first frames;
  • no animation under prefers-reduced-motion.

  In headless Chrome, a toggle now finishes in ~150 ms instead of ~190 ms. It also feels quicker because it front-loads the motion instead of moving at constant speed.

• OCR icon. OCR used Remix's scan-line, which looks like a clock or radar. It's now character-recognition-line (a scan frame around an "A").
