Redesign the signed-out homepage

A simpler, sleeker redesign of the signed-out homepage, with the outdated copy rewritten.

• Copy is current. "30+ models", "Gemini, GPT, Kimi K2" and "DM @mahad" are gone. The page now says what's actually available: every OpenRouter model, plus images, embeddings, Exa search, Mistral OCR, Replicate, and the usage dashboard.
• Hero shows code. A real Python example sits next to the headline. It's highlighted with the existing Shiki setup and uses this deployment's base URL and featured model.
• Flat and simple. No gradients or card grid: a bordered feature list, three "get started" steps, and a quieter header and footer with Docs, GitHub and Sign in.
• Fixed overflow. The base_url snippet overflowed its card before; that card is gone.
