Fixes #12402.
In the "Program options" section "The list of known programs is:" had empty notes for eight programs, and bare URLs for the rest. I replace bare URLs with shorter link text and add links where there were none. Also add
cpphsto this list. It is inbuiltinProgramsand in the--with-PROGlist indoc/setup-commands.rst, but was not in this table.How the table now renders as:
The above is rendered with a styling change. The text didn't fill the cells before that change and would have looked like this:
