docs: fix undercounted project list in sync-sourcing text [guide] - #26

README.md and CONTRIBUTING.md both said only 'Hive, hotshot, and pluk' docs are single-sourced from their repos, but the very next line (and scripts/sync-sibling-docs.ts) confirm rationguard, promptargs, and Spektacular are synced the same way. are single-sourced from their repositories, but the very next line in each
file (and
scripts/sync-sibling-docs.ts) confirm rationguard, promptargs,and Spektacular are synced the same way. Updates the two intro sentences to
list all six synced projects, matching the accurate line right below them.
Refs #25 (needs-human: that issue is about the separate, much larger gap of
dibsbeing entirely missing from the docs site's sync script/projectregistry/page-map — a code change outside guide's docs-only scope. This PR
only fixes the wording inconsistency between two already-accurate sentences
in the same files.)
