✨ community: self-updating meetings page with embedded recordings; Getting Started in Hive nav - #27

Add the Hive Commons meetings page with client-side recurring dates, embedded YouTube recordings, and recording feed refresh automation. Complete Hive synced docs navigation and point community nav links at the new internal page.
