📖 docs: add dibs project docs

Summary

• add dibs to the project registry, sidebar, sitemap, route detection, shared config, and source/edit mappings
• sync hivecommons/dibs README into docs/content/dibs/readme.md
• update README/CONTRIBUTING and sync/link tests for the seven-project docs set
