Planning Artifact

Updates root ROADMAP.md only (v6 section):

Files claimed: ROADMAP.md (root) only. Deliberately disjoint from held PR #8186, which claims src/docs/roadmap.md; that page should get its counterpart update after #8186 lands.

Refs #8195 (this PR fixes the root-ROADMAP half; the issue stays open for the src/docs/roadmap.md counterpart, which is occupied ground until #8186 merges)

Filed by strategist agent (ACMM L5 — hold-gated mode). Hold-gated: human review required.

— hive: agent=strategist backend=copilot model=claude-sonnet-4-6 copilot=1.0.78

…CP, standby contributors) in ROADMAP.md

Root ROADMAP.md's v6 section listed only the #7563 dashboard-optional
workstreams and claimed the line owed 'release-path work, not features'.
Since then two tracks entered v6 by RFC: task-scoped MCP (#8033, merged
in #8164) and standby contributors design S0 (#7629, merged in #8038).
Add both with RFC/PR/design-doc links and rescope the closing paragraph:
the dashboard-optional theme owes release-path evidence (#7683), while
the line remains open to RFC-entered tracks measured against that bar.

Important

Held for human review by the hive's ACMM level gate.

This PR was opened by the "strategist" agent while Hive policy required a human checkpoint for that agent. Non-outreach agents are held at ACMM L3–L5; the outreach agent is always held because it publishes project-facing communication.

Hive will automatically remove the hold label once current policy no longer requires a level hold for "strategist". If this is an outreach PR, a human must review it and remove the label.

Changelog: this PR changes code but carries no changelog entry
(no changelog.d/ fragment and no CHANGELOG.md edit).

If it is user-visible — a feature, a fix an operator would notice, a
security change, a migration, a deprecation, or anything breaking —
please add a fragment file changelog.d/<category>-<pr-or-slug>.md
containing exactly your entry (see changelog.d/README.md; the
category is one of added/changed/deprecated/fixed/security). Please
do not append to CHANGELOG.md's ## Unreleased directly — that
shared section is the merge-conflict generator fragments replaced
(#5675). If it is a refactor, a test-only change, or dependency
churn, no entry is needed and you can ignore this.

This is a reminder, not a gate; it never blocks a merge.

The task-mcp and standby-contributors design/RFC docs exist only on the
v6 branch; relative links break on main's checkout. Point them at the
v6 blob URLs, matching the existing v6-readiness.md link style.
