chore(seo): switch canonical origin to runtimejs.vercel.app - #25

- Point SITE_ORIGIN at the live Vercel domain and drop the TODO. - Regenerate public/sitemap.xml (28 URLs) against the new origin. - Update the Sitemap line in public/robots.txt to match. Co-authored-by: monkeycode-ai <monkeycode-ai@chaitin.com>
