不再在 push master 时自动部署，改为推送 release-* 格式的 tag 时触发（如 release-v0.1.0），保留 workflow_dispatch 手动触发 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
GitHub Pages 的 environment protection rules 只允许分支部署， 不支持 tag。移除显式的 environment 配置，由 deploy-pages action 自动处理 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
