Query: Where in the script are we limiting the attacker bandwidth to 1G ( as per the paper)

in the paper https://www.usenix.org/system/files/nsdi23-kong.pdf its mentioned that attacker traffic is throttle to 1G but the scripts generated
doesnt have that limit, ?
Also what is the function of RDMAEngine and RDMACtrLTest , ? if we are already using perftest apps.
