Adds production-only cookieless PostHog pageviews for the exact public hra.sh routes. The client uses the slim no-external SDK, strips identity and private route data, disables automatic collection and remote extensions, refuses malformed client keys before bundling, and keeps Preview inert.\n\nValidation: 656 web tests, focused SDK runtime probes, typecheck, lint, policy checks, and a production build passed. The repository-wide aggregate reaches unrelated existing desktop Git runner sandbox failures; HRA-specific gates are green.
