Add bounded cross-posting and inline Article images

Summary

• add bounded native Article draft saving for X and LinkedIn, including ordered inline JPEG/PNG/WebP images, captions, alt text, native link ranges, and exact unpublished readback
• add bounded social-post publishing support and provider-owned dispatch planning without exposing raw browser or HTTP primitives
• package the provider-neutral $cross-post-with-wrench workflow in Wrench, with source capture/editorial translation remaining caller-owned
• accept LinkedIn's current single-image registration response while retaining same-origin, signed-transfer, account-binding, and exact Article-readback checks
• remove the editable manual built-in closure allowlist; retain automatic source/dependency closure snapshots and before/after lazy-runtime drift detection
• advance the package and reviewed public website to v0.10.0

• Article operations save private drafts only; publishing remains a separate R3 operation
