fix: require node.js >= 22.19.0 - #572

Node.js 20 is end-of-life. Rename the ignored `engine` field to `engines` so the constraint is actually enforced, and drop the npm constraint. Test the floor (22.19.0) on PRs and 24/26 on release PRs, run the build, docker, staging version and npm publish jobs on Node.js 26, and update the Node.js badge in the CLI docs.
