The thesis. An agent skill should be a typed entry with a signature, not a paragraph in a prompt. Catalogue those entries, derive them from work that was actually recorded, compose them by traversing the dependency graph, and let something external grade the result.
ai-git-commands— a command catalogue with capability-typed install manifests, one per host: each target gets only the commands whose runtime dependencies are actually present, and every exclusion carries its reason. Plusslog, the cloud-lab session logger that records commands and their output and produces the transcripts the derived catalogue is built from.
- 3AI Desk — the agent workspace the catalogue work lives in: typed command catalogues derived from recorded sessions, a graph solver that composes them into solutions, verifiers written to fail before the thing they verify exists, and ~70 recorded episodes.
