Shouldn't the 5.0's plugins.yml has some redirections for that?

I don't think so - looking at https://github.com/ibexa/documentation-developer/commits/5.0/docs/recommendations/raptor_integration/raptor_connector.md , the file was never at cdp and the link never worked?
