When running in fips we can't create the md5 checksum resulting in our automated test systems not uploading the mustgather. So if we get an exception in either md5 or sha1 then we retry with sha256 (which does work in fips).
Tested in our fips environment and correctly created and uploaded the mustgather. Logs show:
