Adds the Health Connect client and the hilt-lifecycle-viewmodel-compose entries that scalelite-android uses. Nothing here consumes them; the catalog is shared byte-for-byte across the three apps.

The three Android repos share one
gradle/libs.versions.toml. scalelite-android added the Health Connect client andandroidx.hilt:hilt-lifecycle-viewmodel-compose(the successor ofhilt-navigation-compose, whosehiltViewModel()is deprecated). This brings the catalog here back in line; no dependency of this app changes.
