…ot crash Resolves inkdevhub#200. When a second contract is added via `swanky contract new`, npm installs @727-ventures/typechain-polkadot which brings in its own conflicting @polkadot/util version. The multiple-version conflict causes typechain-polkadot to fail finding its .hbs templates, breaking `swanky contract compile --all`. Add an overrides block so npm resolves all @polkadot/util references to the version already declared in dependencies (12.6.2).
