inosaint.github.io scrapes this site's tiles at build time, with no feed and no live fetch, so a project added here does not reach its homepage until that repo rebuilds on its own. Fire a projects-updated repository_dispatch at it on pushes that touch index.html — the only file carrying tiles. This repo is on legacy Pages, which publishes a little after the push lands, so poll the served page until it matches the committed index.html first; dispatching straight away would have the portfolio bake in the list it is replacing. Needs a PORTFOLIO_DISPATCH_TOKEN secret: a PAT with contents:write on inosaint/inosaint.github.io.
