Fill the PR #526 merge stub with its real sha (fcb5102, two parents verified: f3be1f4 9956144), nest F-N/F-O/F-D and F-W at '###' under the umbrella heading that enumerates them, and extend both enumeration captions (umbrella and final-verdict acceptance-criteria cite) from F-V to F-W.
