Zero-dependency live E2E suite (
npm run e2e,E2E_BASE_URLoverride). 46 checks: service index, OpenAPI 3.1 shape, 287 maps + per-map fetch, transliteration byte-parity with the Ruby fixtures (incl. 404/413/400 paths), detect ranking, the model index, live ML inference for Hebrew diacritization and Urdu G2P through the Modal parity-verified ONNX path, GraphQL back-compat, and CORS. Verified 46/46 against staging.
