Summary

sync the vendored interscript-ts package.json sideEffects declaration (upstream interscript-ts#37): the registration modules were being tree-shaken out of the worker bundle
rebuilt bundle now contains the rababa/secryst model factories (verified by unique string literals; identifiers are minified)
