Summary

• regenerate the model index from interscript-ml models.yaml: 10 → 13 entries, adding the three Arabic diacritization models (ara-diac-1.0, ara-diac-small-1.0, ara-diac-small-1.0-int8)
• bump @interscript/api-worker to 1.0.1

Test plan

• build, typecheck, lint, format, tests green locally
• package guard still passes (code-only)
• after merge: tag v1.0.1 → release.yml publishes via Trusted Publishing
