PR #63 added a second ara-diac-tiny key; the pre-existing spec later in the dict silently won. Keep the existing clean-label spec (snapshot labels, gate <= 3.07).

PR #63 added an ara-diac-tiny spec without noticing a pre-existing
one deeper in SPECS - Python dict literals keep the last key, so
launches silently used the pre-existing config (clean-label snapshot,
gate <= 3.07) while my addition appeared authoritative in review.
This removes the duplicate. The student_config init feature stays
(both specs use it).
