Follows the capsium-js pattern: id-token:write + Node.js 24 (npm >= 11.5.1 auto-detects OIDC). Zero NODE_AUTH_TOKEN. One-time setup on npmjs.com required (see workflow comments).

Archiving this repo — interscript-ts is the canonical JS/TS runtime.
