Building reliable software for complex, real-world systems.
I work across Python, C++, TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and AI-powered applications—from architecture and hands-on implementation through CI/CD and production release. Robotics is one demanding domain where I apply that software-engineering foundation, especially when software must integrate with hardware and real-world operations.
- Own systems end to end. Define architecture and interfaces, implement core software, review changes, automate delivery, document decisions, and support production releases.
- Build explicit service contracts. Use FastAPI for typed validation, async service patterns, and OpenAPI contracts across dependable device-to-cloud and service integrations.
- Engineer for production. Use AWS, Docker, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD to make delivery repeatable, treating reliability and failure modes as design inputs.
- Lead across boundaries. Coordinate cross-functional work through planning, demos, pull-request reviews, and clear communication with technical and nontechnical teams.

- Production automation platforms — Architected and shipped software spanning low-level control, real-time services, perception, planning, and operator workflows, from system design through deployment and field support.
- Cloud and operational tooling — Built FastAPI-based device-to-cloud services, telemetry pipelines, lifecycle APIs, and operator tooling using AWS and Docker.
- URDF Kitchen contribution — Merged Python feature with background processing, interactive 3D previews, merged and multi-hull export workflows, and 11 unit tests. Project write-up.
- Stock Pair Tracker — C++/CMake application with input validation, cross-platform build scripts, and multiple test fixtures.
- DRN Stack — PX4-to-ROS 2 integration for SITL simulation, frame transforms, launch orchestration, and real-time Foxglove visualization.
- Piano Book Pro — Native Swift menu-bar app distributed through Homebrew.
- Amdion — Electron desktop assistant using Gemini for screen context, voice transcription, and UI actions. Watch the demo.
