Add localized Chinese terminal demo

Summary

• generate English and Chinese terminal GIFs from deterministic real CLI output
• show the Chinese animation in README.zh-CN.md
• use CJK-aware font fallbacks and fail clearly when no compatible font exists
• stabilize GIF window controls and reduce output size

Verification

• generated both GIFs twice with deterministic SHA-256 values
• visually inspected English and Chinese final frames
• verified window controls across the final animation frames

• independent Codex review: no P1/P2 (explicit Sol fallback; Luna unavailable)
