Superseded by #22, now merged. jsdom is on 30.0.1 on main.

This one needed the CI matrix to move first: jsdom 30 requires Node ^22.22.2 || ^24.15.0 || >=26.0.0, so the Node 18 and 20 jobs could not run it. Both of those runtimes are past end-of-life (18 in April 2025, 20 in April 2026) and have been dropped; CI now tests Node 22, 24 and 26, and engines.node moved to >=20.0.0.
