Design studies can now screen caller-qualified local information through the existing feasibility constraints while retaining the coordinates, noise/design assumptions, numerical evidence and unavailable outcomes that explain the result.
Add a bounded NumPy host adapter with declared target directions, an inclusive minimum-eigenvalue policy, primitive JSON records and complete planned-ID counts. Directional restriction explicitly holds its complement fixed; nuisance profiling remains caller-owned. Independent Gaussian and singular-design fixtures check the result, and a separate required job exercises actual measured-sensitivity information from pinned public op-stack producers. The guide separates SBC, recovery, predictive checks and simulation-support evidence.
Validation: 943 tests passed in the final clean installed-wheel run; 41 focused cases passed on current and minimum NumPy. Actual pinned-producer integration, strict typing/lint/docs, example-artifact and wheel/sdist metadata checks passed. All 10 hosted checks passed on final head a28d9cf, including Python 3.10–3.13, clean wheel, minimum NumPy and the real information-artifact job.
Closes #216. Remaining replication/failure and gate-specific qualification stays tracked in #176.
