- Remove heicdec port and implementation. It didn't have any versioning and was a little too immature
- Add libheif port that produces optimized build
- Fix issue where bundle would increase massively (I had assumed it was due to color conversion code but I had then learned of virtual functions)
- Add heif_get_exif_data to get Exif data for libheif-supported images
