update script notes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the script will leave a note when a new script is created via the action but not when it's updated. Having a note in jamf when the script was updated would be a useful feature

Describe the solution you'd like

• If a script is updated by the action, the notes should also get updated with a log of when it was updated.
• If there was a previous timestamp/log by the action, it should replace that.
• If there are existing notes, that are separate from the the timestamp/log, those should be conserved.
• The timestamp/log should be at the top always. I think we can keep the created log line at the top (if it's there) and then follow it with the updated line and if there's any other text that would go after.
• Lets also update the created log line with the date, it currently does not include it.
