skills/5writing/SKILL.md：新增学术文献引用规范，要求文献必须通过 OpenAlex（首选）或 Semantic Scholar API 检索核实，禁止凭记忆编造；只有带 DOI 的结果才允许写入参考文献，且写入前必须逐一验证 DOI 能解析到真实论文页面
skills/_references/math_modeling_norms.md`：同步更新文献真实性要求，明确核验口径（OpenAlex / Semantic Scholar 核验 + DOI 网页解析验证）
动机
防止模型凭记忆编造不存在的参考文献，提高生成论文中引用的真实性
