Summary

  • #65 is merged. Graph Newman and GUI Newman both passed on run 35109309784 (54 + 38 + 36 assertions, zero failures)
  • #63 already produced the first live green Results run (35108434664)
  • this slice records M17.4 and M17.11 complete and starts M17.12
  • add scripts/check-representation-sync.sh to static-quality and local regression
  • the gate compares Helm CRD copies to operator CRDs, converts every Stack/Team YAML, and checks Go/Python PipelineRun builders against pipeline params
  • stop merge PipelineRuns from sending undeclared cache-repo

Verification

  • python scripts/check-representation-sync.py: OK
  • common + orchestrator builder/golden tests passed
  • go test ./internal/pipeline/: OK
  • bash scripts/run-regression-agent.sh: regression exit code: 0 (local-only; no kubectl)
  • M17.12 stays unchecked until static-quality is green on this PR

Record live M17.4 Results and M17.11 graph/GUI Newman evidence, then add
a static-quality gate that compares Helm CRD copies to operator CRDs,
converts every Stack/Team YAML, and checks Go/Python builders against
pipeline params. Stop merge PipelineRuns from sending undeclared
cache-repo.
