Just an initial page introducing the dashboard, with some notes on navigation. I also left via admonition a to-do list for more work, that I'm happy to help with, to do from the dashboard repo itself.
I'll also take any suggestions on what it will look like to contextualize this dashboard in the context of the larger ecosystem.
