Authorized taskbook: 6ddf6a3. Scope WP4A_1_ONLY. Corrected Content Commit: c480926. Fixed Manifest HEAD: 6ff8f21. Inventory: reviews/fcop-4.0/wp4a.1/MANIFEST.md. Original 12dde48 delivery is superseded and preserved locally at codex/wp4a1-first-delivery-preserved. SB-10 now uses verified baseline hashes instead of a shallow-clone-incompatible git-history lookup. No production or artifact byte changed in that correction. The two-commit chain was replaced using an exact old-HEAD force-with-lease; GitHub accepted the update using the account's branch-rule bypass capability (no rule configuration changed). Local Core/Conformance 1309 passed before that test-only correction; corrected SB-10 1/1; MCP 80/80; clean offline wheel/examples PASS. Await fresh CI at the fixed Manifest HEAD. Inherited frozen-Conformance lint findings and cumulative CHANGELOG charter failure remain outside the authorized write set. Do not merge, request reviewers, enable auto-merge or release. No Gate request unless required CI is all green; WP4B not authorized.
