Upgrade all development dependencies to their latest mutually compatible releases, covering Dependabot PRs #813, #812, #811, #808, #807, #802, and #767. TypeScript is pinned to ~6.0.3 because TypeScript ESLint and TypeDoc support versions below 6.1 and ts-jest requires TypeScript below 7; the current latest TypeScript 7.0.2 cannot satisfy those peers. jest-it-up remains at its latest release, 4.0.1.
Migrate to ESLint 10 flat config, update removed Jest 30 matcher aliases, explicitly configure TypeScript 6 source layout and ambient types, and preserve ES5 output. Update the local Node version to 24.8.0. Add a reference reconnection test covering multiple replacements in a shared container to satisfy the existing coverage requirement.
Validation against current master:
The PR excludes unrelated changes from the original working checkout.
