return line numbers

This is a feature request.

Would it be possible that nml::read_nml() returns the line numbers of a specific namelist entry? This would be helpful if, for example, a namelist has multiple chapters with the same name.

I would say almost certainly yes. Unfortunately, I don't work with nml files much anymore and can't devote time to development of the package. Happy to review pull request(s).
