Backports #63, #65 and #67 to release/v4.0 so the next v4.0 release uploads the new App Store listing text.

Why

4.0.39 has been reviewed and published on iOS. The App Store still shows the old one-sentence description with no subtitle, and release/v4.0 has only fastlane/metadata/default/release_notes.txt, so another v4.0 release would not change that. App Store Connect has no editable version now, so store-listing.yml can't push the subtitle or keywords. A release is the way to get them up.

What's included

Three cherry-picks (-x), in order:

• ci(store-listing): run behind its own store-listing approval gate #63: store-listing.yml runs behind its own store-listing approval gate
• feat(stores): manage the Google Play listing text and feature graphic in the repo #65: Google Play listing text and feature graphic under fastlane/play/en-US/
• feat(stores): manage the App Store listing text in the repo #67: App Store description, subtitle, keywords and promotional text under fastlane/metadata/en-US/

#67 depends on the other two. Picked alone, it conflicts in AGENTS.md and docs/RELEASE-SETUP.md. All three apply with no conflicts. After them, fastlane/, release.yml and store-listing.yml match master.

⚠️ Merging publishes 4.0.40 to production

Every push to release/v4.0 runs Release, which publishes to both stores. The app code is the same as 4.0.39. In that release:

• App Store: deliver --metadata_path fastlane/metadata uploads the new en-US description, subtitle, keywords and promotional text with the build.
• What's New comes from default/release_notes.txt, which hasn't changed, so 4.0.40 repeats 4.0.39's "rebuilt from the ground up" notes.
• Google Play: the release doesn't touch the Play listing text. That only goes up through store-listing.yml, which can run any time.

Before review

App Store Connect → App Privacy must say Data Not Collected, because the new description says "No data is collected or shared".
