Update the aws-transform power's continuous-modernization steering docs and bump the power version from 2.4.0 to 2.5.0 in POWER.md. Steering doc changes: - Restore CLI-first schedule skill corrected to the shipped surface: cadence is --recurrence (not raw cron), --type is singular, scheduled remediations removed, schedule delete also removes the anchor analysis, and adds the anchor/shared-child record model. - Update security-agent skill for CFN-native agent space: new stack prefix (AtxSecurityAgentStack-), bucket prefix (atx-security-agent-), remove manual policy/SSM/config steps, simplify executor flow. - Singular --type + per-job cancel in batch/EC2 execution skills. - Route scheduling intent in POWER.md and guide so agent never denies or offers local cron as a substitute. - Minor formatting sync in analysis, remediation, and source skills.
