If your product needs Kling's own video models specifically, the official developer platform is the only first-party route and it is worth the paperwork. If you are model-agnostic and just need something that turns a prompt into a clip, the sign-up and the credit system are more friction than the job deserves. The caveat: Kling ships new model versions often, so anything you hard-code today may be a version behind in a month.
