Adds an open dataset to People Management: aggregate statistics from 3,400+ paid mentoring sessions with 300+ engineering leaders since 2019 (mentee seniority mix, most demanded topics by leaders, time to first results). CC BY 4.0, free to cite, methodology on the page.
Disclosure: it is my dataset. Adding it because the numbers (52% of mentees are first-time leaders) are the kind of reference CTOs reach for when arguing for management support budgets, and I have not found an equivalent public dataset elsewhere.
