feat(knowledge): Knowledge Schemaを導入

スクリーンショット

• 実機画面は確認環境で Command list_note_files not allowed by ACL のため内部画面へ到達できず未撮影。自動テストで確認済み。

なぜ

AIが知識層を一貫して保守でき、ユーザーが分野固有の規約を人間主導で育てられるようにするため。

何を

• 固定のKnowledge Schema文書（英日初期本文、編集ガイド、明示的な言語切替、Revision保全）
• Claim／トピック／問答（Q&A）の生成・改訂・手入れに共通Schemaを注入
• Schema必須APIの入力検証と全取り込み経路への伝播
• 日本語UI・マニュアル・データモデルの知識層用語を統一し、規約本文を分野非依存化

実機検証

• Vitest 397 files / 5,046 tests

• 実機画面でSchemaの編集・Reset・言語切替・生成適用を確認（ACL設定により今回未実施）

スコープ注記

• 通常ノート／SchemaへAIが変更提案し、ユーザーが差分を採用するUIは後続PR。
• Schema変更による既存Knowledgeの自動再生成や、生成物ごとのSchema版記録は後続PR。

Bench delta

比較できませんでした: main に bench/baseline.json がありません（この PR がベースラインを初めて追加する場合、マージ後の PR から delta が出ます）

delta 表を出すには、tracked の bench/baseline.json が必要です。
pnpm bench:run（baseline プロファイル）が bench/baseline.json を書くので、
内容を確認のうえコミットすると、以後の PR で main との差分が出ます。
