Upgrades the Kotlin build version from 2.4.10 to 2.4.20 and updates the README and contributor setup table to match.
The previous checks stopped during Android SDK setup because the action requested the unavailable
toolspackage. This branch now includes the fix frommain, which explicitly installsplatform-toolson macOS, Linux, and Windows.Validation: macOS, Linux, and Windows CI passed. A local Android host/JVM run also passed all 180 tests with Kotlin 2.4.20.
