Move Roland Lammel and Pablo Andres Fuente to Maintainer Emeritus and list Martti T. as Lead Maintainer. Point security reporters only to GitHub private vulnerability reporting instead of maintainer emails.
The Probot Stale app is not installed on the repository, so .github/stale.yml has no effect.
