Ship the dual-line workaround (image-size-next@1.2.2 legacy vs @2.1.1 latest) in README, SECURITY, CHANGELOG, and ANNOUNCE. Track campaign scripts/templates (not data): classify image-size major before any write, dry-run default, 300s pacing, daily cap, workers=1. Do not mix Metro 1.x trees with the 2.x pin.

Why
image-size@1.2.1(Metro^1.0.2) andimage-size@2.0.2are both still affected. Overrides must not mix majors.Hub
Tooling
Campaign scripts/templates are now tracked;
campaign/data/stays gitignored. Outreach defaults to dry-run, 300s pacing, daily cap 5, workers=1, skip unknown major.No mass issue wave in this PR.
