site: move to studio 0.18.2 and correct every page against the release - #73

Engines: add the nine engines 0.18.2 ships that the site did not list (Db2 LUW, Databend, etcd, Oxia, Neo4j, Milvus, Qdrant, InfluxDB, InfluxDB 3) and count 27 external engines plus the embedded store, 54 with the wire-compatible ones. Fix stale cards: SQL Server agent mode, libSQL port, ClickHouse EXPLAIN, Oracle monitoring views, DuckDB file access, the search engines' SQL endpoint. Channels: 46 channels, 39 live, per channels.yaml. Corrections found in a page-by-page audit against the 0.18.2 tag: compose variable notes and defaults, OIDC verification scope, local login hashing, localStorage encryption, chart defaults, provenance scope, agent workflows and editor behaviour, schema diff limits, branch protection as it is actually enforced, privacy policy naming Meta Pixel, and the comparison table rows checked against the vendor's own docs. The compose copy corrects four upstream comments; the test still pins everything else to the upstream file by hash.
