Documents the capability choice when generating an MCP token, the four ad-account tools (get_ad_insights, list_ad_entities, get_ad_entity, ad_network_reference), how to read ad-network numbers next to Linkrunner numbers, the caching and budget behaviour, and the new troubleshooting entries for missing capability, expired connections, rate limits and spend mismatches.
